Summary: Two subjects were supposed to be returned home, but have instead been sent elsewhere.

Adapting to a new world had been hard. Arthur and Katniss had both intended to return to their own worlds, to the lands that both needed them. But both had ended up in this strange other land, waiting for the Malnosso to call them back. They had no wings and nothing to prove they had ever been there, save the barcodes still printed on their necks. It wasn't easy, of course. Neither of them spoke Westron, leaving them with only each other to truly communicate with one another. But even they had over a thousand years of language difference to overcome. They adapted in the past month.

Rohan was a peaceful land. The small village along the Limlight river had friendly enough people and in some ways, it reminded him of his own Camelot. Arthur had always wondered what it would be like to be unburdened by rule, but as the thought settled in his mind that he would spend his entire life like this, he found that itching desire to be able to do more. Be more. The life of a farmer was one he was poorly suited for.

Today, he waited outside of the small home they had claimed, waiting for Katniss to meet them for their morning hunt. He'd been forced to admit she was far better at it than he was. Certainly he could keep up with her, but she had far more successes than he ever did. He was waiting with his own bow, having already learned that this world had yet to adapt to the crossbow as Camelot had.
