...So, some sort of high functioning demon. Keen on planetary destruction. Not shy. She would be lying if she said she wasn't somewhat curious. But instead of any sort of outright confirmation, she waggled a finger between the pair of them and made a simple offer: "Do either of you drink coffee?"

Back at the castle, she could have this conversation on her own turf.

"Black," Ronon answered.

"Brown," John said instead. "More cream-ish, really. With lots of sugar. Light on the coffee."

"Then you're in luck, LC," she waved a hand and casually abbreviated the rank. "In Buffy Summers's Castle of Way Too Many Teenage Girls, we never run out of sugar. Oh, we try. We try all the time. But someone keeps buying it."

And the Slayer started walking, fully intending to be followed by the other two.
